Terms and Conditions – Refundable Deposit:

1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds will be issued only after completing six full calendar months following the training period, provided you have successfully completed the training.

   • You must be actively employed on a fundae internal project or an external client assignment through fundae for at least two continuous months post-training. No refunds will be issued before completion of training.

2. Non-Refund Scenarios:

   • Voluntary termination of participation before completing six months post-training.

   • Failure to pass mandatory background checks, including criminal record and drug screening.

   • Breach of professional conduct policies as detailed during onboarding.

3. Processing of Refunds:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after eligibility criteria are met.
